The public holidays of Tuvalu include New Year's Day, Commonwealth day(second Monday in March), Good Friday and many others. The traditional "fatele" is performed on each of these, but also on many other occasions-including visitors. The "maneapa" is on every night, so ask the locals about the starting hours-this, of course, if you don't guide yourself about the rhythms :)
